These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on frandishop.com. By confirming an order, the Buyer fully accepts these terms.
The term “online sales contract” means the contract of sale relating to the tangible movable goods of EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, entered into between this company and the Buyer within a distance-selling system using electronic tools, organised by the Supplier.
The term “Buyer” means the consumer, a natural person making the purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.
The term “Frandishop” means the party that promotes the sale of the goods covered by this contract.
The term “EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED” means the party that carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.
Supplier: the goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, with registered office at Flat/Rm A, 15/F Goldfield Industrial Building, 144-150 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, which deals exclusively with the sale between the parties.
Buyer: expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity, and undertakes not to resell the purchased products.
EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED sells, and the Buyer purchases, the tangible movable goods listed and offered on frandishop.com. The contract is concluded exclusively over the internet, through submission of the order form completed online. Upon receiving the order, EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED will send a confirmation email or display a printable web page summarising the order.
The accepted payment methods are:
Refunds, where due, will be made within 30 days of notification of the right to a refund, using the same payment method used for the order.
Products are delivered by partner couriers in suitable packaging. Standard dispatch is within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days across Europe. For non-EU destinations, delivery times may be longer. Any delays will be communicated by email. Times may vary depending on the destination country and product availability.
Delivery takes place with no additional costs beyond those indicated at the time of ordering. For non-EU countries, any customs duties, tariffs or local taxes are borne by the Buyer.
If an order exceeds the stock available, EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED will inform the Buyer by email within 48 hours, indicating any waiting times or asking for confirmation of the order.
EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED is not liable for events of force majeure or for problems related to the internet or to sub-suppliers. In the event of non-performance not attributable to the company, the Buyer is entitled only to a refund of the price paid.
The Buyer must demonstrate the defect, the damage and the causal link. EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, improper use of the products, or fraud involving payment cards.

In accordance with EU consumer protection rules (Directive 2011/83/EU), the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending notice by email to info@frandishop.com or by registered letter with return receipt to: EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, Flat/Rm A, 15/F Goldfield Industrial Building, 144-150 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Products must be returned intact in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale, enclosing a copy of the purchase document. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer may request the replacement of products within 14 days of arrival by sending an email to info@frandishop.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error. EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED may request photographic documentation before authorising the exchange.
EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED guarantees the protection of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). Data is used exclusively to manage the order, fulfil shipping and meet legal obligations. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
Any communication or complaint must be sent to info@frandishop.com. EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED undertakes to respond within 5 business days of receipt.
Confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be valid only for orders not yet confirmed and will be published on the frandishop.com website.
This contract is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. For consumers resident in the EU, local mandatory consumer protection rules also apply.
